Capacity building
Capacity building funding aims to build up the capacity of the participant so that they can live their life to the fullest, this includes working with support coordinators to get the best out of their plan, working with plan mangers and allied health professionals to improve their daily capacity.
Support coordination
We understand that information regarding NDIS can be overwhelming, that is why our qualified support coordinators will help participants identify their NDIS plan, understand their individual needs and choose the appropriate support required to achieve their goals.
As the requirement differs with each participant, we always customise our support before we start delivering services. To see how we can help you or your loved ones, please contact us now!
Plan Management
Using plan management as your funding type means that you will need a plan manager who can assist you in using and managing your funds. Our qualified plan managers will serve as an intermediary between you, your service providers and the NDIA. We will help you plan the best way to use your funding and provide you with a schedule of support for all your required services.

Capital Support
The Capital Support budget relates to supports such as assistive technology or modifications to your home and as such depends on quotes from suppliers. Funds within this budget can only be used for their specific purpose (e.g. a rail in the bathroom or a wheelchair).
The Capital Support budget has two support categories:
Assistive technology can make life a lot easier for those in need, we work closely with the participants and their therapists to choose the right assistive technology. Includes equipment items for mobility, personal care, communication and recreational inclusion (e.g. wheelchairs or vehicle modifications)
Products under this category includes but not limited to:
- Pressure mattresses
- Commode
- Wheelchairs
- Electric bed

Home modifications are changes to the structure, layout or fittings of a participant’s home so they safely access it and move around comfortably in areas they frequently use.
Home modifications may be included in your plan if:
- due to the impact of your disability, you or your carers cannot reasonably access and use frequently used rooms and spaces in your primary residence.
- your primary residence, in its current condition, has significant and adverse impacts on the sustainability of current living and care arrangements.
- a suitably qualified Occupational Therapist has performed an assessment and recommended home modifications, considering all possible alternatives, including the use of equipment.
